Crop protection solutions provider Telluris Biotech Plans to raise $12mn

“Hyderabad: Crop protection solutions provider Telluris Biotech, which claims to have received a biochemical classification from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), is planning to raise about $12 million (approx. Rs 98 crore) by March this year, its founder and managing director Venu Polineni said on Friday.
The company has raised $3 million so far from Innovation in Food and Agriculture Fund. The Genome Valley-based biotech startup plans to ramp up headcount from existing 120 to 224 by end of 2024. tnn”
